Smoking Cessation

The smoking cessation package includes pre-session materials, two 1.5 hour hypnotherapy sessions and an optional 1 hour follow-up session within six weeks of the initial session.

Research has shown hypnotherapy to be more than twice as effective compared to nicotine gum in helping people break the smoking habit. Together we’ll explore the reasons you smoke, uncover your powerful motivation to quit, develop healthier coping strategies to manage stress and difficult emotions so you can finally become the non-smoker you want to be.
